USE RESTRICTIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by　Double Tap Academy, LLC to Clients on orders for ALL products sold in the United States. You must be 21 or older to purchase from our site. By accepting delivery of the products described on the shipping documents, Client agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. Client assumes sole responsibility for following all State and Local Laws and Regulations regarding accessorizing and /or modifying weapons.

The sale of and technical information regarding our products are governed by the National Firearms Act (NFA), the Gun Control Act, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Our products are only sold in compliance with these laws. Local and State laws may further regulate our products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. We do not provide legal advice relating to these laws.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Double Tap Academy’s stated business hours are 5 to 9pm (CST) on Thursdays and Fridays, and 9am to noon on Saturday. However, we are available most evenings and are responsive to calls and emails most days. Please contact us at 309.533.9040 or email us thru the contact us now page.

U.S. SALES ONLY

Double Tap Academy, LLC sells and ships exclusively within the continental United States, plus Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses, mail forwarding services, or any other addresses outside the United States. Clients may not export any products purchased at Double Tap Academy. Orders discovered in violation of this policy will be immediately cancelled.

SALES TO END USERS ONLY

Double Tap Academy, LLC sells and ships products to end-user clients only.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and receive more than 1 order. We fill orders on a first come first serve basis. If we run out of stock we notify you and give you the option of backordering the item or canceling the order and receive a full refund.

If you pay by check or other means than credit card, we will not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your personal check or mail you a refund check, or give you the option to place the item on backorder.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a client orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the client. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the client to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the client. By placing an order, the client agrees that Double Tap Academy, LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

PAYMENT

All prices ThinkActPurpose.com are cash-discounted prices. Please review the list below to see which payment types are eligible for the discount.

Payment methods accepted by ThinkActPurpose.com are

• Money Order(3%cash discount applies)
• Certified Check (3% cash discount applies)
• Personal Checks including online bill payments (3% cash discount applies, orders held for 5 business days for check to clear
• Visa, Mastercard Credit Cards (cash discount does not apply). Debit cards may only be run as Credit Cards and therefore a cash discount does not apply.

If you don't completely understand the cash-discount, you may proceed through checkout until the last page*. On the last page of checkout you can preview the total and the discount or non-discounted* prices. We do not receive your personal information unless you complete your order.
